Which lofts do you recommend?

Our typical rule of thumb is to have at least 4 degrees of separation in between your wedge lofts.

How do you decide which grind is best for me?

Our general grind recommendations are based on turf conditions in your designated region.
However, you can personalize your grinds based on what you are looking for in a wedge.

Why can't I get stamping with my Black Satin finish?

Stamping on a Black Satin finish removes some of the finish around the stamp, leaving the finish uneven.
Engraving is the way to go with your Black Satin wedges.

Can I get a shaft/grip that isn't listed on the website?

Everything we have available is already listed on our website.
If it's on our site, we can do it for you.

Do you sell individual club heads or components?

We can't sell individual club heads or components, including clubs without grips.
Our policy is to ship each club completely built.

Do you have a retail/club fitting location?

Yes. You can view our retail locations here.

Where can I find wedge specs?

Wedge specs including bounce, length, and swing weight are available here.

Do you only offer wedges?

We are dedicated to offering a full line of golf equipment.  Currently we offer irons and balls in addition to our amazing wedges. Driver, fairway and putter offerings are not far away.

Do you offer multiple finishes?

Yes, we have Black Satin and Satin Chrome finishes available.

Can I combine two different promotions?

We can only accept one promotion at a time and cannot combine multiple promotions.

How Do I Place an Order?

Ordering online is very easy at First, browse through our selection of products or build your custom clubs using our wedge oredering tool. Then add items to your shopping cart just like you were in a store. Once you have finished adding items to your cart, click the Checkout button. You will be taken to the Shopping Cart page where you can review and edit the items in your shopping cart. Finally, click the Proceed to Checkout button where you will be able to enter your shipping and billing information. Once you have completed the Checkout page, click Place Order Now and you are finished.

What Are My Payment Options?

We offer a variety of payment options to make the most convenient shopping experience for you. We currently accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.

How Can I Check On or Track My Order?

If you created an account when placing your order, or already have an account, then you may check the status of your order at any time. You can click Order Status at the top of the page to get a list of your orders. There you can see the details of your order and status. If you order has shipped, then you can click on the tracking information to see where your order is in the delivery process.

Can I Cancel or Modify an Order?

At Hopkins Golf we strive to ship every order as quickly as possible so that you will receive it promptly. Thus, as soon as we receive your order we begin building it as soon as possible. We cannot stop an order once the fulfillment process has started. Therefore, we do not allow cancellations for any order. If you decide you do not want the order anymore, then you can still return the order. Please see below for return instructions and policies.

Is There a Sales Tax?

In accordance with state laws, we are obligated to collect sales tax when applicable.

What countries can I ship to?

Currently, we are only accepting orders that are to be shipped within the United States and Canada. Please keep in touch via Facebook and Twitter for updates as we begin doing business in other countries around the world.

What’s the turnaround time once my order has been placed?

The production time for any order placed is 2-3 business days, but may ship even sooner than that.
Orders placed before 12 PM PST Monday-Friday will begin being processed that day,
otherwise production will begin the following business day.

Is it still 2-3 days even if it has extensive customization?

Yes. No matter how customized or detailed your order may be, your order will ship out within 3 business days, unless the components for your order are out of stock.

What service is used to ship orders?

Our exclusive partnership with UPS allows us to ship using their vast resources.
Typical ground shipping takes from 2-5 business days, depending on the location and weather obstacles.

Is shipping free?

Ground shipping to any address in the United States is free.
However, we do offer 2nd Day Air for $10 and Next Day Air for $15.

Will you let me know when my order has shipped?

UPS will send you an email including a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can UPS deliver on Saturdays?

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
Any overnight orders shipped on Friday will be delivered Monday, the following business day.

Does UPS ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address to prevent any delays.

Where do you ship from?

Our offices are located in Newport Beach, California
but we ship our orders from a separate UPS facility in Southern California.

Do you ship outside of the US or Canada?

Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We do not yet sell internationally.

Do you deliver to Canada? How much are shipping charges?

Yes, we deliver to Canada. Please be prepared for an additional week or two delay for Customs Clearance as well as a $50 C.O.D. charge paid directly to UPS upon delivery. Additional brokerage fees and taxes may be applicable. Also, UPS drivers only accept credit cards. If you'd like to pay cash, have the shipment held for pick up.

Can I pay with an international billing address if I have a US shipping address?

Yes, we can take an international billing address provided that you are shipping to a US location. Please email for additional information and details on the payment process.

Do my 30 days start when I place the order or receive the order?

30 Days start when you receive your order.

Do I receive full credit if I return the club within 30 days?

If you’re returning a non-customized club with all of the original components within 30 days, you will receive a full refund.
If you return a club with grips or shafts that have been changed, you will receive partial credit.

Can I return an order if it’s been over 30 days?

We do not accept returns that are outside the 30 day window.

When will I receive my credit?

You will receive your credit when we receive the merchandise and complete an inspection.
Items must not be damaged beyond normal wear to receive full credit.

Will the credit be returned to my credit card?

The credit will be returned to the card that was used to pay for the order.

Do I pay for my return shipping?

Yes, please email to receive a Return Authorization number and detailed return instructions.

Can I exchange my grind for a different one?

If you are within your 30 day window, you may exchange your original grind for a different one.
Email for further instructions.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift card returns will not be accepted.
Any orders being returned that were purchased using a gift card will receive store credit.
